About DC 10-13

 DC 10-13 Foundation Inc. is a registered 501c3 not-for-profit Charitable Organization. The roots of the foundation began in the summer of 2014 when a group of local leaders, everyday citizens and current and former members of law enforcement got together to help organize a police appreciation day that coincided with National Police Appreciation Week which takes place in May of every year. After putting together a committee and meeting for over a year, it was decided that instead of having a one day event for members of law enforcement the committee would create something that would last for some time so they began the process of forming a charitable organization. In late December 2015 DC 10-13 gained 501c3 not-for-profit status and has been raising money and gaining services for members of law enforcement and their families.
