Sgt. Brian Tarpey and Ret. Det. Lt. Bruce Coneeny of the DC 10-13 Foundation paid a surprise visit to the City of Poughkeepsie PD Wednesday evening with pizzas, calzones and soda. They met with patrol officers and detectives who were all hungry, happy and very busy. They had questions and were very happy about what the foundation does. They look forward to working with us.
